Shipping charges are separately
stated. Title and risk of loss
pass to Buyer at Technologic
System's delivery to common
carrier. Published prices are
subject to change without notice.
Shipments are made at the price
in effect at time of shipment.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specifically
stated on the face of this
invoice, all orders must be pre-paid with Visa, Mastercard,
American Express or wire transfer or shipped COD. Past due
accounts are subject to a late payment charge of 2% per month,
or the maximum allowed by statute, whichever is less, on
the past due balance.
NET 30 Payments
NET 30 terms may be available for approved customers. NET
30 payments are due 30 days from invoice date. Past due accounts
are subject to a late payment charge of 2% per month, or
the maximum allowed by statute, whichever is less, on the
past due balance.
Sales Tax
All shipments within Arizona will be charged Arizona state sales tax unless buyer has a state sales
tax exemption certificate on
file with Technologic Systems.
A customer
using a restricted sales tax
exemption certificate (per
Purchase Order) must submit
a confirming purchase order
referencing the state sales
tax exemption number for all
orders exempt for sales tax.
Shipping and Handling
We ship using our accounts with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. We often accept requests to ship using an alternate shipping method, including using your account number, special instructions and freight forwarding, but a $20 handling charge will be added to our standard shipping and handling.
Our shipping charges are calculated based on weight and package size. You may be charged customs fees, handling fees or taxes in your country. Technologic Systems assumes no responsibility for any fees incurred. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
NOTE: Total charges do not include local duties and taxes or V.A.T. (value added tax). These charges are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery. Technologic Systems reserves the right to charge your credit card or terms account for these fees should you refuse to pay them and accept delivery.
Shortages, Errors or Damaged
Product
All packages should be opened
and inspected immediately upon
receipt. Buyer must make claims
of shortages, errors or damage
in writing to Technologic Systems
within 5 days after receipt.
A return authorization number
issued by Technologic Systems
for damaged product is required
prior to return. Any product
returned by Buyer without a
return authorization number
will be returned by Technologic
Systems to Buyer freight collect.
Claims for loss or damage in
transit must be made by Buyer
directly to the carrier.
Returns
Standard
products purchased as a "Developer's
Kit", "Application Kit" or single units purchased as an "Evaluation Product" may
be returned within 45 days
of purchase with no restocking
fees. All other standard products and quantity orders may be returnable subject to restocking
fees and other handling charges. Any product that is custom designed
or modified is sold as non-returnable
and may not be returned for
credit for any reason.
All returns require
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Authorized returns must be
made within 15 days of the
issue of a return authorization
number. Authorized product
returned must be in saleable
condition and in original packaging.
Limited Warranty
The manufacturer warrants
this product to be in good
working order for a period
of one year from date of purchase.
If at any time within the one-year
warranty period this product
should fail, the manufacturer
will repair or replace the
product, at its option. This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting from lightning or other power surges, abuse, or unauthorized modifications including units with conformal coating.
Limited warranty service may
be obtained by shipping or
delivering this unit to the
point of sale during the one-year
warranty period. Prior to shipping
the unit, a return authorization
must be obtained. Proof of
purchase date and a short description
of the problems noticed must
be included with the unit.
This warranty is limited to
repairing or replacing the
defective unit. In no event
shall the manufacturer or dealer
be liable for any damages,
including any lost profits
or incidental or consequential
damages arising from the use
or inability to use this product.
Repairs made after the expiration
of the warranty period are
subject to a repair charge
determined solely by Technologic
Systems and the cost of
shipping. Please call Technologic
Systems to arrange for any
repair service and obtain an RMA number.
Governing Law
The laws of the state of Arizona
shall be applicable.
