The TS-7200 is a compact full-featured Single Board Computer (SBC) based upon the Cirrus EP9302 ARM9 CPU, which provides a standard set of on-board peripherals. The EP9302 features an advanced ARM920T 200 MHz processor design with MMU that allows support for high-level embedded operating systems such as Linux, Windows CE, and others.

Hardware Description

The TS-7200 SBC includes a compact flash interface which allows booting from large flash drives to the Debian distribution, improving the Linux development capabilities. It also can fast boot from the onboard Strata Flash memory using a compact TS-Linux distribution.

Additional TS-7200 features include:

  • 200 MHz ARM9 processor with MMU
    • 2 standard serial ports with 16 Byte FIFOs
    • Watchdog timer unit
  • 32 MB of High Speed SDRAM
  • 8 MB (16 MB opt.) Flash disk used for RedBoot boot-loader, Linux kernel and root file system
  • Compact Flash Card interface
  • 10/100 Ethernet interface - autosense, LED indicators
  • 2 USB 2.0 Compatible OHCI ports (12 Mbit/s Max)
  • 20 DIO lines
  • PC/104 8/16 bit bus
  • SPI bus header
  • Rugged quick-release terminal strips used for power
  • Dimensions are 3.8 " x 4.5 " (PC/104 mounting holes)
  • Power requirements are 5V DC @ 400mA
