Single Board Computers
Our ruggedized Single Board Computers (SBCs) are an affordable option for complete commercial-off-the-shelf embedded solutions. Customers use our embedded computers in energy generation, manufacturing process control, traffic management, printing system management, communication infrastructure, website hosting, data gathering, and laboratory test equipment. We use TS-7200 boards to program and test our products prior to shipping and we use a TS-7800 to host this website running Linux, Apache, PHP and MySql.
Embedded Systems demand high reliability and cost-benefit. Our embedded computers are rugged, reliable and reasonably priced. All our SBCs run without fans or heat sinks in a temperature range of at least -20 °C to +70 °C, industrial grade -40 °C to +85 °C also available. Our boards use conventional (DOS or Linux) development tools, reducing risk and giving you a competitive edge in fast moving markets. Customization is another benefit provided by our single board computers. They are designed to be easily modified to best fit a wide variety of requirements. Many SBCs have PC/104 connectors to add functionality through Technologic Systems’ or third party PC/104 peripherals. We have designed FPGAs into many of our newer products to enable custom real-time logic such as non-standard bus interfaces, PWM outputs, quadrature decoding, pulse timing, or digital counters. Our embedded boards are designed to enable affordable custom software loads either through our production department or at the customer end. Our TS-SOCKET computers are designed for easy upgrades and customization. Also, we design upgrade paths for our existing products.
