Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please fill in the form at the bottom of this page to obtain an RMA number.

Return Policy

Standard products purchased as a "Developer's Kit", "Application Kit" or single units purchased as an "Evaluation Product" may be returned in good condition and in original packaging within 45 days of purchase with no restocking fees.

All other standard products and quantity orders may be returnable within 45 days of purchase subject to a restocking fee and other handling charges. Any product that is custom designed or modified is sold as non-returnable and may not be returned for credit for any reason.

Repair Policy

All Technologic Systems products come with a full one year warranty. Items damaged during this one year warranty are eligible for repair or replacement under the terms and conditions of the warranty. RMAs processed at the end of the warranty period should be returned promptly to guarantee warranty repair.

After the expiration of the warranty period, Technologic Systems charges a service charge for all repairs. Simply return the unit to us as an RMA and our technicians will troubleshoot the problem and provide a quote for repair of the unit.

Shipping

RMA shipping to Technologic Systems must be paid by the customer. Technologic Systems will pay return shipping on RMAs that are determined to be under warranty, using the lowest cost shipping method. For out of warranty repairs, the customer pays shipping charges both ways.
